Chad Hettiarachchi is a Chartered Marketer and technology specialist with deep expertise spanning CRM platforms including Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, and Oracle, alongside a strong portfolio of mobile and web application projects. As Founder of Revgenx, Chad has delivered successful marketing campaigns across highly diversified industries in Australia, including real estate, security, e-commerce, legal, and healthcare.

Known for bridging the gap between technology and marketing strategy, Chad brings a rare combination of creative thinking and technical execution that drives measurable business growth.

Chad holds a degree from Staffordshire University UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Anthropology from the University of Manitoba, Masters in IT business Analysis from Swinburne University and has completed Negotiation Mastery and Strategic Leadership programs at Harvard University — reflecting his commitment to world-class leadership and continuous learning.

Ahmed Ibrahim

Ahmed Ibrahim is a seasoned C-suite executive with over 25 years of expertise spanning IT, applications, and cybersecurity. Throughout his career, he has held transformative leadership roles at some of the world’s most prominent Fortune 500 organisations, serving as CTO at GE Capital, Head of Customer Solutions & Governance at ANZ Bank, and CIO at Genea, Australia’s third-largest IVF fertility clinic.

Known for driving large-scale digital transformation and building high-performing technology teams, Ahmed has consistently delivered strategic innovation and operational excellence across complex, regulated industries including finance, banking, and healthcare.

Ahmed holds a qualification from Monash University, complementing his deep industry experience with strong academic foundations in business and leadership. He remains a trusted voice in enterprise technology and executive strategy.

Natasha Ngweso

Chief Operating Officer

Natasha Ngweso is a dynamic operations and business leader with a diverse career spanning retail, consulting, entrepreneurship, and governance. Currently serving as Head of Group Operations at Vision Deploy, she brings a proven track record of driving strategy execution, optimising business performance, and building high-performing teams across complex organisations.

A CPA-qualified accountant, Natasha combines strong financial acumen with broad operational expertise, having held executive roles at ALDI Australia and served as a Governor-appointed Member of the ACFE Board in Victoria.

Natasha holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting and International Business from the University of Western Australia, and a Global Executive MBA from Monash University, completed with High Distinction — reflecting her commitment to continuous growth and excellence in leadership.
